The Willowbrook teaching staff is committed to providing a warm, nurturing and caring environment for Willowbrook children. Teachers work closely together to develop curriculum units for each age-level classroom and to support continuity into the next age-level classroom.

A team consists of a Lead Teacher, an Assistant Teacher and an Aide, if required due to class size. For the Dual Immersion Program, there are two Lead Teachers. One is a native English speaker and the other is a native Japanese speaker. On a weekly basis, the entire teaching team meets with the Director and Administration to discuss philosophy, admissions, policies, curriculum and upcoming school events.

Flexibility, cultural sensitivity and an ability to work with others are essential to the Willowbrook teaching team.

Willowbrook is committed to providing a multicultural and multi-ethnic learning environment. Willowbrook does not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, marital status or family lifestyle.

Qualified applicants with a four-year degree and a teaching license in early childhood education need only apply. If you are interested in learning more about teaching at Willowbrook, please contact Ms. Louise Boddy at wisassistant@gol.com or call the school on (+81) 03-3449-9030.
